Hired Shane to install a new Rheem water heater that turn into a nightmare. Discovered water heater has defective part after installation. Went 4 days without hot water due to Rheem making me purchase the part via 3 party with expedited shipping or waiting 2-3 weeks until restocked. Keep Shane in the loop and said he would come no matter what time the new party arrived. New part arrived late in afternoon and he came immediately to make sure we had hot water that night! Will definitely be calling him again for future work. A+ service!!!
